I have seen organisations try to bring change to their organisations with bravado, major press releases on how they have reinvented themselves and how they will change the marketplace or government, how and why they will be different, what happens?

 Six months later, they have different titles, divisions, and structures, creating the same outcomes as previously.

The question is, How can we make significant strategy changes throughout our organisations that creates a new paradigm that everyone can commit and buy in to.

How can successful change be achieved? By understanding that if we want to change our organisations quickly and achieve significant results, then this can only be achieved by the individuals in your organisation being willing to renew themselves and that includes you, your executives, managers, and all employees.
