One of the most powerful parts of MindShift is what happens after the program — when you join a community of people who truly understand the journey you’ve been on.

The MindShift Community is a private, anonymous space created only for those who have completed the program. This means you’re surrounded by people who speak the same language, use the same tools, and genuinely understand how emotional pressure works and how to release it.

Being part of a group like this makes a real difference. Our experience shows that people grow faster, stay more grounded, and feel more supported when they’re connected to others who are on the same path. It’s a place where you can learn from those who’ve walked through their own challenges, and where you can offer support to others when they’re going through difficult moments.

Inside the community, you’re not judged, analysed, or compared. You’re simply understood.

Helping others

When we help other people we feel good about ourselves and we gain a purpose. When we gain purpose our self esteem increases and we have direction.

We are no longer alone

Being part of a community with a common purpose and goals allows us to feel part of a team that can support and help each other.

Community guidelines

1. Your identity is your choice. You’re welcome to remain anonymous, or share your name if you feel comfortable. Your privacy is always respected.

2. This community is only for those who have completed MindShift. Everyone here understands the process, the language, and the principles — which keeps the space safe, aligned, and supportive.

3. We support each other. This is a place to lift one another up, offer encouragement, and walk alongside people who are on a similar journey.

4. We do not judge. Everyone here has faced their own challenges. We listen, we understand, and we help — without criticism or comparison.

5. We share our experiences. Your insights, breakthroughs, and reflections can help others more than you realise. Sharing is how we grow together.

6. We take responsibility for our own process. If something comes up, we first revisit our MindShift tools and practices. If we still feel stuck, then we bring it to the community for support.

7. This is a space for growth, not a place to unload. We’re here to support each other — not to vent endlessly or offload without intention. We bring our challenges with the goal of understanding, learning, and moving forward.
